Privacy Policy

NetSpec Studio LLC. Last updated: October 26, 2026.

1. Overview

This policy describes how NetSpec Studio LLC (“NetSpec”) handles personal information when you use netspecstudio.com and the NetSpec Studio application. It supplements the NetSpec Terms of Service, which reference this policy.

2. Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

We use Google Ads to measure advertising clicks and impressions that bring visitors to this site. When the Google Ads tag is active for your visit, it may collect or use:

  • Data collected: cookies and similar device identifiers set by Google, information about the page you visited, the referring ad click, and approximate location derived from your IP address. When you complete a plan payment, we also report the amount, currency and an order reference (no name, email or card details) so we can measure which ads lead to purchases.
  • Recipient: Google LLC, which processes this data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Purposes: measuring whether advertising clicks lead to visits and sign-ups (conversion measurement), and measuring overall ad performance. We do not use this tag to build advertising profiles for third-party remarketing audiences.

In regions where consent is legally required (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the advertising tag does not load or transmit until you accept through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the site footer; withdrawing your choice persists until you change it again, and previously sent measurements are not retracted. Outside those regions, the tag runs by default, honoring applicable opt-outs.

3. Product analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the product is used (which pages and features are visited) so we can improve it. Analytics events are only tied to your account when you are signed in. PostHog is a service of PostHog Inc. and may place its own cookies when you use the application.

4. Your choices

  • Use the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the site footer to accept or decline advertising measurement at any time.
  • You can also manage how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) and opt out of Google Analytics for display advertising via Google’s opt-out tools.
  • Browser settings let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect parts of the service.

5. Other data handling

Account, billing, project and support data are handled as described in the Terms of Service and in any separate agreements that apply to your subscription. We do not sell personal information.

6. Contact
